On November 10, 2015, shortly after the end of the Russian Maritime Exhibition, XINCHENG get new an order of D type rubber fenders and Cylindrical fenders for Russia's tugboat project. Meanwhile, with high quality requirements, XINCHENG rubber fenders passed the certification of RS.
